The world can be crazy and hectic, especially in recent times.  Not only are there things beyond your control, causing a hum of background stress, but your own thoughts and story-making further disrupt your inner balance.  Yoga has been proven to help you slow down and rest, to heal your body, mind, and spirit.

I specialize in yoga practices that do just that – help you slow down.  I offer mindful vinyasa, yin, and restorative classes.  At this time, given the pandemic, all my classes are virtual via zoom.  Create a nest in your favorite space and join me!

  • Vinyasa: A slow, fluid practice that marries movement with breath, body, and soul.
  • Yin: Long, deep poses that work interconnection tissues and allow time for meditation.
  • Restorative: Deeply relaxing and supported poses that allow the mind and body to unwind.

Some classes combine both asana, or movement, practices with yoga nidra meditation.
